Underground Services identified a need to address manual handling incidents within the business. We employed the assistance of Worksmart Health to assist in conducting Task Analysis and providing Spine Smart training for our employees.We currently use this program on a number of remote and suburban sites and have seen a dramatic decrease in manual handling injuries, both reported and severity. Since engaging Work Smart Health over 18 months ago, we have found that there has been a significant reduction in back and muscle strain injuries.
